Elizabeth's Bagels & More: Fresh Flavors & Friendly Service in Franklin, MA

I’ve been going to Elizabeth’s since I worked in Franklin 30 years ago, and it’s still my absolute favorite bagel shop. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the bagels are delicious and the homemade cream cheese is *chefskiss*. If you are in the area, or even if you’re up for a drive, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it.

I dont know how my friend who lives 5 minutes away didnt know about this place. Im glad i found it because I got half a dozen FANTASTIC bagels, couple sandwiches, and some great coffee for a pretty reasonable price. Only bad thing was that i didnt get there early enough to snag some garlic bagels.

Really liked the bagels here. They have a good chew to them and they're reasonably priced. I asked for my buttered cinnamon raisin bagel to be extra toasted and we also got an egg white bagel sandwich. They do offer lattes, which we ordered. I'm not a coffee snob, so I can't really provide more meaningful feedback than it was drinkable but not great. It's a typical bagel focused store front with just a small 12x12 waiting area. There's no indoor or outdoor seating just a window countertop to eat your food or wait (if you wanted to eat immediately). They were out of most selections of bagels by noontime on a weekday, so keep that in mind. The service was extremely fast, and the employees were pleasant! I would definitely come back if I were in the area.

This is our go-to morning place that the whole family agrees on! The bagels are the best we have had since living in NYC. Their cream cheeses are a huge hit- vanilla is my fave and the seasonal St. Patty’s pistachio is a family must have! Their breakfast sandwiches and coffees are great, as well. We are so lucky to be able to drive 5 minutes for such a great breakfast option!!

We kept hearing about Elizabeth's Bagels from friends and decided to check it out online. As someone with severe allergies, I immediately saw the allergen information clearly posted on the website. With the allergen information notice, I felt comfortable trying it out. When I was placing my order during the first visit, the owner overheard me mention my allergies. She came right over to discuss their allergen protocol and brought out an ingredient binder for me to review. The owner went through the binder diligently with me. The owner took her time talking to me and didn't rush our conversation, even though it was very busy. By the owner taking her time to make me feel comfortable, it really meant so much. Allergies are taken very seriously at Elizabeth's Bagels and I have been back quite a few times since then. Every time, my allergies have been taken seriously by all the staff I have encountered. In addition to the excellent customer service, their bagels are top-notch and their coffee is delicious! I appreciate all the specialty coffees and flavor options. HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth's Bagels!

Elizabeth’s Bagels has the absolute best bagels I’ve ever had. Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside - heaven! Always friendly staff, and the sandwiches and cream cheese are to die for! We buy them by the dozen and freeze them so they are always there for breakfast. Yummy!

I thought I had placed my order on line-but did not complete the transaction. Once I got my verification code I should have hit “place order” but neglected to do so. I called to confirm the order was not placed and that I had not been charged. The staff and manager were very patient and accommodating and I placed my order upon arrival. The sandwiches were amazing as usual. Always Fresh ingredients.The staff is very helpful and food is consistently great.

I absolutely love Elizabeth’s bagels! The staff and owner are so friendly, helpful and generous, the food and drinks are so delicious and I always look forward to a trip there! I moved away and anytime I can get to the area I make sure to get bagels for the week! That strawberry cream cheese on any bagel is my fav! The energy drinks and all the coffee based drinks are great!
